How a two week deployment worksSquadera is the platform; LensPharm is the pharmacy product built on it. The platform is the engine: the data connections, the governance, and the record keeping. LensPharm applies that engine to a pharmacy group's systems, language and rules. A construction product, LensCon, is in development.

How deployment worksEvery number Squadera shows can be traced back to the exact data it came from, so you can check it. The AI works within your definitions and limits: it cannot invent a figure, change an agreed definition, or answer a question your data does not support. Anything that looks wrong is held and flagged, not shown as fact.
How the platform stays accountableOnly when you tell it to. Squadera reads from your systems, and by default it never writes to them. Where you want it to prepare an action, it holds that action for your approval first, and any write back is set up deliberately, never automatically.
Your data and controlsYou see your first real results in about two weeks. Squadera works on your own live data from the start, not a demo, so within the first fortnight you get findings you can act on, not just a system that has been switched on.

How deployment worksYou need the operational systems you already run and access to the data in them. For a pharmacy group that is your pharmacy management system, and Squadera connects in read only, so your setup and workflows stay exactly as they are.

The design aggregates at the boundary: dispensary data is rolled up to department or therapeutic-class level, grouped by store and claim period, before it reaches our platform, so no patient identifier, no prescriber detail and no individual script line is transmitted or stored. Product-level detail stays OTC-only. Suppression is applied at ingestion: the API only pulls the aggregated fields, and any store, period and class combination below a minimum cell count is never brought in, so it cannot be reached by any query, report or natural-language question, because it does not exist in the database. The commercial value sits in consolidating across a group's stores and trending reimbursement variance over claim periods, which is exactly what aggregate data supports and what no individual script is needed for.
