The AI layer

The model never sees who, or how much.

Before a request reaches a language model, every identifying and financial value is replaced with a token: names of the parties you work with, the things you buy and sell, prices and amounts. What does reach it is structure, the question, the column names, dates and quantities. It works on the shape of the problem. The answer is rehydrated inside your tenancy, where the identifiers and the figures never left.

So your commercial position is not in the request. Not who you deal with, not what you pay them, not what any line earns. There is nothing in it worth leaking.

Your data is stored in AWS servers in Australia and stays there.

Tokenised on the way out
Names, counterparties, product or line-item detail, prices and amounts are substituted before any request leaves. The model call itself is processed by Anthropic's API in the United States, carrying no identifiers and no financial values, and your data remains hosted in Australia throughout.

Rehydrated on the way back
The mapping stays inside your tenancy. Only you can read the result.

Not used for model training
Anthropic's commercial API does not train on data submitted through it.

Model-agnostic
We run Anthropic's Claude today and we are not tied to it. If your policy requires a different provider, or one in a specific region, we will run that instead.

Deterministic where it counts
Numbers come from your data by query, not from a model. The model helps read and explain; it never calculates the figure you act on.
